High Ti things

sensa-tion:

  • Being unaffected by guilt trip posts on social media
  • *Person asks you to solve a problem for them* NOW IS MY TIME TO SHINE *Is unable to solve the problem and person says to never mind* NO WAIT GIMME ANOTHER MINUTE I GOT THIS
  • *Solves a problem that no one else managed to* *All I Do Is Win by DJ Khaled plays in the background*
  • *Says something jokingly rude to someone* WAIT WHAT IF THEY THOUGHT I WAS SERIOUS AND THINK I HATE THEM NOW
  • *Sees couple being cute together* Ew *Starts to ponder the logic behind romantic relationships*
  • Staying up late researching one particular thing you’re interested in
  • *Person comes to you for emotional support* *Dissects their problem but doesn’t try to solve it, instead gives them some positive and reassuring comments while explaining the logic behind them*
  • Enjoying the thought processes you have when writing an essay but not the essay writing itself
  • Science
  • Feeling like a boss whenever you’re doing something that involves using your Ti and Se/Ne at the same time
  • Questioning the logic behind something but then choosing to see it from someone else’s point of view and realizing why it is how it is
  • Having no idea how to interpersonal relationship
  • Thinking that everyone hates you because of your low Fe when you’re actually well-liked and people enjoy being around you
  • Trying your best to be warm and empathetic so your logical personality doesn’t alienate other people (especially those with high Fe/Fi)
  • Noticing logical flaws in works of fiction and having thoughts like “Okay, but (thing) couldn’t possibly happen because (scientific fact)”, “Why did (character) (do something or solve a problem a certain way) when they could have more easily (action or solution that involves something established earlier in the story)?”, “It may not take place in our universe, so it could make perfect sense within the context of its own universe”, and “It’s just fiction, it doesn’t matter, the writer(s) just made a mistake or did that for storytelling purposes nbd”

i’m proud of lgbt ppl for simply being lgbt, even if you aren’t out, even if you’re still struggling with it, i’m proud of you for daring to be yourself in a world that is so cruel and violent to us for it

bob-belcher:

side effects of being numb due to mental illness:

  • not crying for weeks and weeks on end until one day, you’re breaking down over something that isn’t actually worth getting upset about
  • not being able to tell if your feelings for people are platonic or romantic or if you’re just lonely
  • instead of caring too much, you don’t care at all about anything
  • not being able to process anything going on in your life and when you try, your brain stalls out
  • losing your train of thought every five seconds, so when you try to have a conversation, you have to pause and remember what you were trying to say
  • word vomiting
  • mind “static”
